• Death certificates of all the applicants


• Affidavit of Notary - Executive Magistrate in person on stamp paper of Rs.


• Copy of ration card

• To keep election card or other identity card of the commission and two photos, those who are not relatives of the commission and are educated.


• Evidence needed to create a genealogy


• Write clearly in the application the purpose for which the genealogy is to be issued.


• The pedigree will be in front of the Talati of the village or city where the passer-by resides.


• E.g. If a resident of Rajkot dies, the genealogy of that person will be removed by the City Talati of Rajkot, even if his heirs live in Surat or Ahmedabad.


• The above evidence must be submitted in original and certified copy.


• Where is the genealogy useful?


• On the occasion of inheritance in agricultural land and in non-agricultural plots.


• On the occasion of distribution of agricultural land and assertion of rights in survival.


• Widow assistance, old age assistance


• In bank or other government work
