Educational Qualification:



  • Junior Officers: A degree in any discipline. Proficiency in Computer data entry / Computer Applications is preferred.

  • Senior Managers: Retired officers of Banks/ Financial Institutions (either on Superannuation or on Voluntary Retirement Scheme) and not below the rank of Senior Manager (Scale III) at the time of retirement.

  • Manager: Any Bachelor's Degree / Graduate with minimum 60% marks can apply. Preference will be given for additional professional qualification.


Age Limit:


Junior Officers on Contract: 21 to 30 years


Senior Managers on Contract: Not more than 62 years


Manager: 25 to 35 years


Scale of Pay:



  • Junior Officers on Contract: ₹ 16000/- per month for 1st year, ₹ 18000/- per month for 2nd year, ₹ 21000/- per month for the 3rd year

  • Senior Managers on Contract: ₹ 35000/- per month

  • Manager: ₹ 28000 – 1050/ 1 – 29050 – 1200/12 - 43450
